For a couple years, I experimented with using painters tape and "windows" to layer bright acrylic colors. One of the best parts was opening the windows and being surprised by the combinations. This painting reminds me of the the brilliant colors of the coral reefs and sea anemones.
I have always loved color, shape and texture. During the art making process, I am responding to an internal knowing about what comes next.
